Aircraft Sheet Metal & Composite Technician | Painter - Mansfield, TX

Position Available: 1 Job Title: Aircraft Sheet Metal Fabrication & Repair Technician with expertise in sheet metal fabrication, repairing, riveting, fasteners, drilling, fitting, countersinking, cutting, and forming sheet metal and composites. Location: Mansfield, TX 76063 (Candidates must reside within 50-60 miles and work onsite from day one) Contract Duration: 1 Year Contract Opportunity Interview Process: Phone interview and confirmation in 2 calls Direct Client Opportunity Compensation: $18-$30 per hour based on experience. Includes Per Diem Split ($7.25/hr taxable, remainder non-taxable) Payment: Weekly Overtime: Available at time and a half rates Shift Options: 1st and 2nd shifts available Candidate Requirements: Must be an independent candidate able to work on W2/Per Diem or currently employed in the U.S. Must work onsite at Mansfield or relocate at own expense Must bring own tools/toolkit to the project Must be able to work on Per Diem Split Available to start within 2-3 weeks Valid U.S. Driver’s License required Must pass a 10-year criminal and employment background check and pre-employment drug screening Job Purpose: Perform skilled tasks including drilling, fitting, countersinking, cutting, forming sheet metal and composite repairs to aircraft components.
