Previous customer service experience preferred; airport or airline experience is a plus. Proficiency with customer service software and tools. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays. This role involves close collaboration with airport operations, airline representatives, baggage handlers, and security teams. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless airport functionality and traveler satisfaction. Compensation: $25 per hour, full-time position based in Los Angeles, CA. This is an on-site role with no remote eligibility.
