Airport Supervisor

About the role

Go Vacation Dominican Republic is looking for a proactive, results-driven Airport Supervisor to lead and coordinate airport transfer operations, supporting the guest experience from arrival to departure. The role calls for operational knowledge, team management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate airport ground operations for guest arrivals, inter-hotel transfers, and departures.
• Ensure daily transport schedules and manifests are executed accurately and on time.
• Serve as the airport point of contact for transfer staff, drivers, suppliers, and guests.
• Distribute job orders to in-house teams and external transport providers.
• Resolve delays, cancellations, and last-minute booking changes.
• Monitor team performance and attendance, and conduct on-the-ground evaluations.
• Support roster planning, shift assignments, and coverage.
• Train, coach, and motivate airport agents to maintain service excellence and follow SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, service, and quality standards.
• Work with Planning and Ground Operations teams to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure the team maintains professional visibility, uniforms, and behavior aligned with company standards.
• Ensure proper use of branding and logos in airport and transport operations.
• Oversee courteous guest attention and dispatch, providing clear communication and assistance.
• Oversee timely delivery of invitation envelopes to clients.
• Ensure daily reporting of no-shows and proper documentation.
• Coordinate the efficient guidance of guests to their assigned vehicles.
