Alarm Contact Agent Customer Care Associate

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, assist members with healthcare and HMO benefit inquiries, verify member eligibility and issue Letters of Authority (LOA), coordinate with hospitals and healthcare providers, provide customer service through phone, email, SMS, and other channels, ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions. Qualifications include Bachelor's degree in any four-year course, fresh graduates are welcome, preferred courses include Nursing, Medical Allied, Psychology, Business Administration, experience in customer service, call center, healthcare, HMO, or insurance is an advantage but not required. Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino. Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
