Funciones
- Introduction of new facilities, products, and production lines
- Technical expertise in executing and achieving targets
- Optimization of asset utilization, VA/VE activities, and project management
- Management of CapEx operations and defining usage for support
- Support for advanced development, monitoring, and understanding key productivity performance indicators
- Acting as a change agent for continuous improvement
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field
- 7 years of experience as an AMT Engineer
- Proven track record in implementing projects to enhance productivity
- Proficiency in Six Sigma, automation, and digitalization
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
