Lean Solutions Group is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, building dashboards, analyzing trends, and supporting business decisions across the organization.
Requirements:✔ 1+ year of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related roles✔ Strong SQL skills✔ Experience with Power BI✔ Advanced Excel skills✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities✔ Advanced English proficiency (B2+ required)
Nice to Have:➕ Experience with Python or R➕ Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or Data Lakes➕ Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
