WE’RE HIRING | REAL ESTATE ANALYST Mexico City, Mexico | On-siteOnirius CapitalJunior / Intermediate Onirius Capital is looking for an Analyst to join our growing team in Mexico City. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with senior management and gain exposure to hotel real estate, Branded Residences, mixed-use developments, and alternative real estate investments. The role combines data analysis, market research, hotel performance analysis, due diligence, and financial analysis — with a clear path toward financial modeling and investment analysis. What you’ll work on: Data & Hotel PerformanceAnalyze hotel KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue.Identify trends, seasonality, and performance drivers.Benchmark assets against their competitive set.Build and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports. Market Research & FeasibilityConduct market and industry research across different cities and destinations.Support market feasibility studies, supply and demand analysis, and competitive benchmarking.Monitor market trends, capital markets activity, and industry developments. Due Diligence & Financial AnalysisSupport due diligence processes involving companies, assets, and potential partners.Analyze hotel financial statements and operating metrics.Progressively take ownership of financial models, including projections, valuations, DCF, IRR, and sensitivity and scenario analysis. Presentations & Investment MaterialsTurn analysis into clear, well-structured presentations for senior management, investors, lenders, and strategic partners.Prepare investment memoranda, underwriting summaries, and internal reports. What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.0–2 years of professional experience. Recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with an ability to work with data and time series.Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and charts.Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to turn numbers into clear messages.Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.Availability to travel as required. Nice to have:Experience with financial modeling, valuation, or real estate underwriting.Knowledge of hotel KPIs, hotel P&L / USALI, or industry data sources such as STR or CoStar.Interest in hotel real estate, Branded Residences, mixed-use developments, and private equity.
