Are you a data-driven and analytical professional who enjoys investigating trends, identifying root causes, and turning data into meaningful business insights? 🔎📈We are looking for an Analyst, Business Operations to help us understand the health of the business, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across Operations and other key stakeholders.
What will you do?Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping.Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, correlations, spikes, bottlenecks, and areas of opportunity.Proactively monitor business performance and provide visibility into potential risks and opportunities.Investigate data deviations and perform root cause analysis to understand what is driving changes in performance or volume.Translate complex data into clear, meaningful business insights for Operations, clients, and key stakeholders.Partner with reporting teams to identify and communicate what information should be positioned and analyzed to generate valuable insights.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, Operations, reporting, and development teams.Support business case development through cost-benefit and risk analysis to assess project feasibility.Interact with clients to understand business needs, investigate data trends, and provide analytical perspectives.Continuously research and investigate information to identify patterns and proactively anticipate business needs.What are we looking for?
✅ English B2+✅ 1+ year of experience in Business Analytics, Business Insights, Data Analysis, or a related field.✅ Strong understanding of data analysis and business performance indicators.✅ Ability to identify trends, correlations, volume changes, and potential business impacts.✅ Strong research and investigative skills with attention to detail.✅ Ability to perform root cause analysis and connect different data points to understand business behavior.✅ Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.✅ Ability to translate data into actionable insights, rather than simply producing reports.
