Analyst Nogales Transportation Management

About the role

This role is within Chamberlain Group México's Operations and Supply Chain group. The analyst participates in defining the transportation model and developing and applying long-term strategies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing annual budgets and forecasts, and in carrier rate negotiations as needed.
• Recommend and maintain management controls, including metrics, performance standards, compliance, and results measurement.
• Develop, automate, and monitor key performance indicators; analyze extracted data and coordinate actions to keep indicators within required limits.
• Develop and interpret standard transportation operating policies and procedures for various locations.
• Support effective participation, process adherence, and compliance with standard transportation processes across locations and departments.
• Analyze business processes and coordinate improvements to workflows and reporting procedures.
• Perform cost and economic analyses to support management decisions and cost management.
• Provide data analysis for productivity projects and participate in their execution.
• Maintain carrier contract records across systems and transportation modes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment, with an emphasis on transportation, logistics, and cross-border operations.
• A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or information systems, or equivalent experience.
