About the role
Hayco is looking for an Operational Excellence Analyst to strengthen its culture of innovation, excellence, and partnership while delivering best-in-class operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the site.
- Drive and facilitate Kaizen projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Support Operational Excellence strategy deployment.
- Lead Gemba Walks and promote a problem-solving culture.
- Develop and deploy digital applications that support Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Train teams on Lean culture, methodologies, and tools.
- Drive implementation of 7S and visual management programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience implementing Lean Manufacturing in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean tools, Root Cause Analysis, Process Engineering, Data Analysis, and Problem Solving.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; Green Belt highly desirable.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- English communication skills preferred.
