Analyst Operational Excellence

At Hayco, we're looking for an Operational Excellence Analyst to help strengthen our culture of innovation, excellence, and partnership while delivering best-in-class operational performance.
What You'll Do✅ Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the site✅ Drive and facilitate Kaizen projects to improve efficiency and productivity✅ Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives✅ Support Operational Excellence strategy deployment✅ Lead Gemba Walks and promote a problem-solving culture✅ Develop and deploy digital applications that support Operational Excellence initiatives✅ Train teams on Lean culture, methodologies, and tools✅ Drive implementation of 7S and visual management programs
What We're Looking For✔ Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering✔ 2+ years of experience implementing Lean Manufacturing in a manufacturing environment✔ Strong knowledge of Lean tools, Root Cause Analysis, Process Engineering, Data Analysis, and Problem Solving✔ Lean Six Sigma certification preferred (Green Belt highly desirable)✔ Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills✔ English communication skills preferred
