Analyst Strategic Development

About the role

Internova Travel Group is hiring an Analyst to support Global Travel Collection’s strategic development and reporting teams. The role uses dashboards to respond to internal data requests and provide insights, leads advisor air analysis to identify revenue opportunities, and supports data validation, database and dashboard maintenance, and management insights.

Responsibilities

• Respond to data requests from internal stakeholders, including ASO and partner teams.
• Respond to PR and Marketing data requests to generate business insights for external audiences.
• Identify and communicate business insights to leadership based on booking and revenue trends.
• Lead air analysis to identify growth opportunities among GTC advisors and share them with ASMs and ASDs.
• Complete ad-hoc data analysis for key strategic projects and respond to advisor data requests as required.
• Support the development and delivery of end-user training on PowerBI dashboards and other data visualization tools, such as Advisor OS and Salesforce.
• Maintain and enhance PowerBI dashboards and support management of the Salesforce database, including reviewing, cleaning, and entering data.
• Maintain related SQL databases and tables, including those with financial information.
• Create automated reports or automation between systems to generate insights.
• Work on other strategic or analytical projects for GTC management as required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or database management.
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and V/HLOOKUP or INDEX MATCH, as well as other MS programs, including Outlook.
