App Operation Specialist

About the role

Join us as an AG Operation Specialist to drive engagement and operational excellence for App Gallery. The role involves connecting with consumers, managing relationships with content developers, and executing digital campaigns to boost app and game downloads.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily engagement with App Gallery consumers and interactive relationships with key content providers.
• Handle daily App Gallery configuration and design campaigns to increase game and app downloads.
• Support App Gallery's overall marketing plan, social media activities, and joint marketing campaigns.
• Plan social media activities in alignment with corporate and brand social media platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
• Experience in the internet industry, with a strong preference for experience in mobile games and apps.
• Good relationships with content developers.
• Creative, inspiring, and responsive, with an in-depth understanding of online community engagement and management.
• Strong communication and social skills, with solid know-how to drive common digital KPIs.
• Experience managing ongoing relationships with media and consumers, as well as online forums and communities.
• Hands-on attitude and ability to work with internal and external partners.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
