The Level 3 Engineer is a highly skilled technical professional responsible for providing advanced support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues within the organization’s IT infrastructure.
Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve escalated technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Implement, maintain, and optimize systems, networks, and applications according to industry best practices.Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and develop solutions to prevent future issues.Provide guidance and support to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, assisting with technical development and knowledge sharing.Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure upgrades and new deployments.Document solutions, procedures, and technical standards for internal use.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and security threats relevant to the organization. ----------
Required QualificationsSkills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a technical support or engineering role.Advanced understanding of operating systems, networking, and security protocols.Hands-on experience with .NET and Python development, including troubleshooting and maintaining applications built on these platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Security+) are highly desirable.
