Activities:To grant proper execution of business tools on scope, by proactive monitoring and preventive actions, special focus on Payroll solutionAnalyze and Provide expedite workaround to the critical issues stopping the business process, execute Root Cause Analylsis (RCA) for every issuePresent the analytics for every month, including the RCA and recurrent issuesWork closely with the Delivery team to inform on the analysis executed and the fixes needed (analysis, test)Incidents resolution as per SLAsCatalog Task completionProvide support to any project team when requestedKeep Knowledge Database updatedMassive data handling, automatic data flow monitoring
Profile:Bachelor’s degree in IT or relatedmore than 2 years of experience in any support IT areaCapable to speak and write fluently in English and Spanish
