ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a confident and articulate Appointment Setter to support ourgrowing real estate team through consistent outbound calling and leadengagement. This part-time afternoon role focuses on qualifying prospects andbooking appointments for our agents. The ideal candidate thrives on the phone,communicates with warmth and clarity, and is motivated by results.
RESPONSIBILITIESConduct outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and leadsQualify leads and gather key info for agent follow-upSchedule and confirm appointments for the teamFollow up with warm leads by phoneMaintain accurate CRM records after each interactionTrack daily call activity and appointment outcomesCommunicate professionally with a wide range of clients
REQUIREMENTSExcellent English verbal communication — clear and confidentReal estate experience requiredPrevious outbound calling or appointment setting experienceComfortable with high call volume and daily targetsReliable internet connection and quality headsetOrganized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-up
