We're looking for a Telemarketer (B2B Appointment Setter) to generate qualified appointments with commercial businesses and help drive new business opportunities.📍 On-site Position🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ESTWhat You'll Do✅ Make 60+ outbound cold calls daily to commercial businesses✅ Generate a minimum of 24 qualified appointments per month✅ Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives to conduct in-person or virtual sales presentations✅ Perform true cold calling to businesses with no prior interaction or expressed interest✅ Build rapport quickly and effectively handle objections✅ Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed interaction notes✅ Collaborate with Sales Representatives to ensure qualified appointments and smooth communication✅ Meet or exceed KPIs related to calls, appointments, and conversionsQualifications✔ Minimum 3 years of telemarketing experience✔ Minimum 3 years of B2B appointment setting experience✔ Proven experience in cold calling✔ Experience engaging decision-makers at commercial businesses✔ Experience with CRM systems (Water Desk is a plus)✔ Excellent communication and persuasion skills✔ Strong organizational and time-management abilities✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team✔ Reliable attendance and professional work ethic✔ Bilingual: English & SpanishKey Skills🔹 Cold Calling & Outbound Prospecting🔹 B2B Sales Communication🔹 Appointment Setting & Lead Qualification🔹 Objection Handling🔹 CRM Management & Data Entry🔹 Time Management & Productivity Tracking🔹 Professional Communication & Rapport Building🔹 Results-Driven Mindset Focused on KPIs⚠️ This is not a customer service role.
