Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Setter. The primary responsibilities include scheduling and setting appointments with potential clients, generating leads, and managing communication to ensure seamless coordination. The Appointment Setter will assist with creating a positive experience for customers while identifying and nurturing sales opportunities through effective follow-ups and professional communication.
QualificationsExperience in Setting Appointments and Appointment SchedulingProficiency in Lead Generation and managing sales pipelinesStrong Communication skills to effectively engage potential clientsCustomer Service skills to build rapport and maintain a positive client experienceAbility to work independently in a remote environmentOrganizational and time management abilitiesPrevious experience in sales, cross-selling, or up-selling roles is a must, with at least 3 yearsProficiency with CRM tools and scheduling software is advantageous
