What You'll DoContact potential clients by phone.Build trust and establish meaningful conversations.Qualify prospects and identify opportunities.Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records.Follow up consistently and professionally.Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
What We're Looking ForNative or near-native English proficiency (C1-C2 required).Previous experience in Appointment Setting, Sales, Retention, Collections, Customer Acquisition, or similar outbound roles.Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.Excellent professionalism and follow-up skills.
Preferred QualificationsExperience working with U.S.-based clients.Contact center or BPO experience.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
