Join Axiom Payment System as a full-time Appointment Setter in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. We are looking for a motivated and friendly professional to help connect potential clients with our services and support our customer engagement strategy. Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach to potential clients through multiple communication channels to schedule appointments effectively. Use strong communication and negotiation skills to engage prospects and build lasting rapport. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments using CRM software. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and tailor service offerings. Follow up on scheduled appointments and deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Participate in team meetings to review performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement. Assist in training new appointment setters by sharing best practices and insights. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service are a plus. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Proven communication and customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset. Strong negotiation abilities and effective teamwork skills. Proficiency in CRM software and general computer literacy. 1-2 years of experience in a similar appointment setting or customer service role preferred.
