Role SummaryWe're looking for an Accounts Receivable Phone Support Specialist to provide remote inbound and outbound phone support for a client's accounts receivable (AR) operations. This role handles account and payment-related calls, follow-ups on outstanding balances, and general billing inquiries, requiring clear communication and a working knowledge of AR processes.**You can also send your application to [email protected] Responsibilities• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding outstanding balances, invoices, and payment questions.• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on past-due accounts and outstanding balances.• Provide accurate account information, payment status, and invoice details.• Document all interactions accurately and consistently in the client's CRM or accounts receivable system.• Coordinate with internal teams on escalations, disputes, or payment arrangements.• Maintain a professional, courteous tone consistent with the client's standards.• Meet quality and productivity KPIs (call volume, resolution rate, collection targets).Requirements• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.• Excellent communication skills and strong phone etiquette.• Comfortable working within a CRM or accounts receivable (AR) system to log and track interactions.• Reliable computer/laptop and stable high-speed internet connection.• Quiet, professional home workspace and headset.Preferred Qualifications• Background or experience in accounts receivable (AR), collections, or billing is a plus.• Prior inbound and outbound call center experience.
