The Architect will develop architectural designs and plans for renovation and construction projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements, regulations, and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing drawings and technical documentation, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, and supervising on-site work to ensure design intent and finishes are met. The role involves managing project timelines, monitoring progress, and addressing design or construction issues to support punctual and successful project delivery.Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, safe, and aesthetically coherent projects.Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams and resources.Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools, BIM platforms, or design workflows is an advantage.Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with local building codes and construction regulations.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant professional experience in construction or renovation projects.Ability to work on-site in Pavas, collaborate effectively with construction teams, and communicate clearly with clients and partners.Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality, punctuality, and safety in all project phases.
