Key Responsibilities Develop architectural drawings, models, and specifications for diverse projects. Utilize AutoCAD and Revit software to produce detailed design documentation. Create 3D visualizations to clearly communicate design concepts. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients throughout the design process. Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. Assist in preparing project proposals and presentations for stakeholders. Stay current with industry trends, materials, building codes, and sustainable design practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or Civil Engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM Modeling, and Revit software. Strong skills in 3D visualization techniques. Minimum of 2 years of relevant architectural design experience. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with building codes and construction processes is preferred. As part of a collaborative team including architects, engineers, and project managers, the Architectural Designer will report directly to the Senior Architect and engage in cross-functional teamwork to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
