role description

The Argentina Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a contract role focused on launching and expanding Lingua Learn’s presence in Argentina. Responsibilities include developing and implementing local market strategies, managing the franchise’s online language school operations, and coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team across HR, sales, marketing, administration, and academics.

The partner will oversee client acquisition and relationship management for both public and corporate clients, supervise local staff and teacher engagement, and ensure high-quality delivery of Lingua Learn’s courses and services. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, adapting offerings to local market needs, and maintaining brand standards while driving sustainable growth.
