We need builders who can make that vision real.Responsabilities:Builds autonomous AI agents that automate complex business processes.Uses AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) as force multipliers to ship fast.Connects systems together (APIs, databases, queues, dashboards).Designs prompts, agent workflows, and evaluation pipelines.Works within a fast-moving, remote-first team that values output over hours.The Skill That Matters MostKnows how to think in systems and use AI to build them. Can take a problem, break it into pieces, prompt their way through implementation, and validate the output. Doesn't need to memorize frameworks, needs to know how to learn any framework in a day with AI assistance.Technical Foundation NeededPython (can read, write, debug, doesn't need to be an expert).Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and how web systems connect.Experience using LLMs as development tools (not just chatting).Comfortable with terminal, git, Docker basics.Soft Skills:Pioneering Spirit - The world's first crypto-focused BPO.
