Role Description This full-time Asesor Comercial role at GREVO CG SA de CV is an on-site position based in San Pedro Garza García, NLE. The Asesor Comercial is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of clients, and maintaining long-term commercial relationships. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and visiting potential clients, presenting products and services, preparing and negotiating commercial proposals, and following up on contracts and orders. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery, and meeting sales and revenue targets. The Asesor Comercial is expected to maintain accurate records in CRM or sales systems, participate in commercial meetings, and provide regular reports on activities and results.Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, including experience in prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing deals.Customer service orientation, with the ability to build trust-based relationships and provide clear, timely follow-up.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines effectively.Analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs, interpret market information, and propose suitable solutions.Clear verbal and written communication skills in en_US; proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.Comfort with digital tools such as CRM systems, office productivity software, and online communication platforms.Previous experience in commercial, sales, or account management roles, ideally in a related industry.High level of integrity, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.Ability to work on-site in San Pedro Garza García, NLE and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
