Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new potential clients, building strong and lasting relationships. Deliver tailored product and service presentations to meet specific client needs. Negotiate terms and close sales ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets. Monitor market trends and customer feedback to adjust commercial strategies effectively. Collaborate with fellow advisors and teams to share successful strategies and meet joint goals. Maintain consistent follow-up with client portfolio to ensure effective post-sale communication. Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: High school diploma (Bachillerato). Excellent communication, negotiation, and motivation skills. Ability to work independently with a strong results orientation. Strong interpersonal skills and effective planning abilities.
