Company is seeking a skilled Legal Advisor specialized in Labor and Business Civil Law to join our team in Piura, Peru. This role is essential for ensuring legal compliance and effectively managing labor and civil disputes. Key Responsibilities Provide expert legal advice on labor and civil law matters to clients. Draft and review legal documents including contracts, claims, and agreements. Assist in resolving labor and civil conflicts through mediation and negotiation techniques. Conduct legal case analysis and propose effective solutions to identified issues. Stay updated on changes in labor and civil legislation affecting clients. Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive legal advisory services. Preferred Qualifications Law degree from a recognized university. Minimum 3 years of experience in labor and civil law. Strong skills in legal analysis and document drafting. Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities. Mediation or conflict resolution certification is a plus. Proficiency with legal software and document management tools.
