Laytaruma is seeking a dedicated Administrative and Accounting Assistant to support a dynamic team of nurses and occupational psychologists in Ayacucho, Peru. This full-time role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and delivering high-quality healthcare and psychological support services. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize financial documents and accounting records accurately. Assist in budget preparation and monitor administrative expenses. Coordinate scheduling of appointments, meetings, and resources for healthcare professionals. Generate periodic reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making. Facilitate effective communication between health and administrative departments. Respond promptly and professionally to administrative and accounting inquiries. Support the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures. Preferred Qualifications Technical degree in Accounting or related field. Skills in accounting, administration, human resources, psychology, communication, and organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant accounting software.
