To ensure the seamless execution, efficiency, and compliance of end-to-end logistics operations—including fulfillment, reverse logistics, and customs clearance. This role actively monitors daily business performance, resolves operational exceptions, and maintains high service standards through rigorous on-site inspections of warehousing and transportation suppliers against established compliance checklists.
EDUCATION: Bachelor in business logistic, international trade, industrial engineering, business administration.LAGUAGE: Proficient English, Spanish.RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Fulfillment & Exception Management: Drive the efficient execution of end-to-end logistics, customs clearance, and transportation services. Proactively identify operational exceptions during business fulfillment and resolve them in a structured, orderly manner.Standards Adaptation & Quality Inspection: Oversee the adaptation and adherence to operational standards regarding logistics engineering implementation, service quality, and business fulfillment. Execute routine inspections to evaluate compliance and service quality against established benchmarks.Supplier Guidance & Improvement: Provide actionable, professional guidance to Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to help them effectively address project requirements and resolve underlying service quality issues.Cross-Functional Communication & Risk Warning: Independently liaise with internal upstream and downstream frontline operations teams to align on business supply and demand dynamics. Deliver timely risk warnings to relevant stakeholders regarding supply chain fluctuations or operational bottlenecks.Risk Management & Prevention: Identify potential vulnerabilities in routine operations and formulate practical preventive measures and solutions. Shift operational posture from a reactive risk response model to a proactive, predictive risk prevention framework.
