Assistant Chief Engineer

Assistant Director of Engineering for hotel operations to minimize maintenance issues and to ensure leading the team efficiently. Provide advice to senior management on all aspects of maintenance support, environmental controls, and operating efficiency of the property. Plan, implement, and administer an energy management program by establishing an energy reduction objective, maintaining records, and regular reporting on performance against these objectives.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a chief engineer, assistant chief engineer, or manager in the hotel engineering department.
Good leadership skills and energy management within the property by conducting regular training programs to manage a multi-skilled team in an international hotel experience.
Structural aspects of the hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities all fall within the span of responsibility and preparing a schedule for maintenance & operation.
