About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Financial Controller to join our Finance / Accounting team. In this role, you will support day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations, helping ensure accuracy and efficiency across our financial processes.
ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices and manage accounts payable and receivablePerform account and financial reconciliationsSupport month-end and financial reporting processesMaintain accurate and organized financial recordsAssist with day-to-day accounting and finance tasksCollaborate with team members to meet deadlines and resolve discrepancies
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldApproximately 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar roleGood understanding of accounting principles and financial processesExperience with invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliationsStrong Excel skillsGood analytical and organizational skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesGood communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamEnglish proficiency is a must
