📌 Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Preschool Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, on-site position in Santo Domingo, working with children ages 1–3. The Preschool Assistant will support teachers in daily activities, implement educational programs, supervise children, and help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and carrying out age-appropriate activities.Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.Supervise children to ensure a safe learning environment.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom.Collaborate with teachers and staff as part of a supportive team.
✨ QualificationsCurrently studying Education or Psychology.Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Patience, creativity, and adaptability.English proficiency is advantageous.
Job Type: Part-time. Monday-Thursday (7:20 am- 2:00 pm) Fridays (7:20 am – 3:00 pm)
