Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in leading the sales team and achieving the company's sales objectives. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, supervising field sales activities, monitoring sales performance, developing new customer accounts, preparing sales reports, and traveling within assigned areas. Qualifications include Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field, 2-4 years of sales experience, leadership skills, excellent communication, and willingness to travel. Experience in Trading, Retail, FMCG, Food Distribution, or Wholesale Industry is an advantage.
