Associate Attorney

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. We are looking for lawyers with the ability, responsibility and confidence to also handle litigation from answer, through discovery, trial prep and trial.

ResponsibilitiesProvide legal support to clients and assist attorneys.Maintain client relationships.Prepare legal reports and documents.
QualificationsJuris Doctor degree or equivalent experience;Proficient writing and oral skills in English and Spanish are required;Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must;Strong legal knowledge;4 -10 years of experience as an Attorney. Preferably in the areas of commercial litigation, trademarks, distribution, antitrust, employment and/or contractual disputes;Detail-oriented, confident, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment;Advanced computer skills are a must. Must be adept in Word, Excel, Outlook, Tabs3, and other case management platforms.
Bar AdmissionsNotarial Practice Bar;Local Bar Admission;Federal Bar Admission.
