Associate Attorney

Role Description
As an Associate at Sfera Global El Salvador, you will support client engagements by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing concise reports and presentations. You will collaborate closely with senior team members to develop insights, structure recommendations, and assist in delivering high-quality work to clients. Daily activities may include organizing project documentation, participating in internal and client meetings, and maintaining clear communication regarding timelines and deliverables. This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Salvador, where you will work directly with colleagues and leaders to drive projects forward. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping refine internal processes and methodologies.
QualificationsAbility to conduct structured research, synthesize information, and present clear findings.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly beneficial.Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, International Relations, or a related field.Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms).Demonstrated initiative, professional integrity, and willingness to learn from feedback.Prior internship or work experience in consulting, finance, or related fields is an advantage.
