Associate Director Quality Healthcare BPO

Are you a strategic Quality Leader with deep experience in the Healthcare BPO space? We’re looking for a visionary leader to drive process excellence, champion digital transformation, and lead our onshore QA team! Lead & Strategize: Conceptualize end-to-end Quality frameworks, auditing standards, and governance across healthcare business units. Innovate: Leverage Six Sigma, Lean, AI, RPA, and ML tools to automate QA processes, cut costs, and elevate customer experience. Drive Results: Partner directly with clients and cross-functional leadership (Ops, Training, Analytics) to deliver top-tier metrics. Empower Teams: Mentor and manage a team of Quality Leads, AMs, Managers, and Sr. Managers. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 10+ years of Quality Management experience (Managerial/Sr. Manager level) in a Healthcare BPO environment. Strong expertise leading Six Sigma & Lean projects (Green Belt / Black Belt highly preferred). Hands-on experience with Digital Transformation (AI, RPA, ML) & BPaaS quality system transitions. Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree holder.
