Associate Manager People Manager Team Lead

Also described in flyer/caption: Lead and manage a team of at least 5 Associates; Coach, mentor, and develop team members; Monitor individual and team KPIs and drive performance; Manage workloads, priorities, and resource allocation; Conduct performance check-ins and provide constructive feedback; Support hiring and onboarding of new team members; Help Associates deliver high-quality client service and research; Assist with challenging client and expert interactions; Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans; Improve team processes, workflows, and operational efficiency; Contribute to account strategy and business growth initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field; At least 1 year of leadership experience in a high-volume, client-facing environment; Proven experience directly managing at least 5 junior team members; Experience in sales, recruitment, staffing, BPO, client services, or similar environments; Proven experience managing employees against KPIs and targets; Experience with hiring, onboarding, or team development; Strong written and spoken English; Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills; Highly organized, accountable, proactive, and results-driven; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
