The Associate Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives works directly with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office as a strategic thought partner and execution driver across company priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic extension of the CXO, driving high-priority initiatives across functions and regions.
• Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and execute AI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects.
• Lead deep-dive analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide leadership decisions.
• Build and operationalize frameworks that translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes.
• Own and manage critical cross-functional projects.
