Job OverviewThis position is part of the GBO Business Operations Academy (BOA) Program. The BOA is an Early Talent Program providing bespoke integration and training to fresh-graduates/early talents to enable fast tracked contribution to workload related to Proposals and Contracts activities, delivering accelerated and bespoke onboarding into the Global Business Operation Department (GBO) at IQVIA.Essential FunctionsWorking closely with project teams to prepare text and budget for proposals, rebids and related documentsSupport with review Requests For Proposal (RFP)Provide support and assistance to other Proposal Developers in the delivery of assigned opportunities.Revise or develop preliminary agreements and related budgets and scope of work. Ensure the scope of work is defined correctly and budgets reflect the scope.Participate in strategy calls with the team to follow up the processes.Perform quality control edits on all documents and participate in the finalization of documents and distribution to the customer and internal departments.Update and maintain corporate databases as required and ensure accurate information is included in tracking reports.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field and a minimum of 1 year direct experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerpointEnglish fluency (this role is part of a global team)Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.*Resume/CV must be submitted in English*#remoteIQVIA is committed to embracing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
