Associate Sales Engineer

We are looking for an Associate Sales Engineer to join our Sales team and provide technical support throughout the sales process.
This is a great opportunity for a technical professional with a background in telecommunications, networking, IT, or engineering who enjoys working with customers and wants to develop their career in a technical sales environment.
What will you do?
* Support the Sales and Solutions Engineering teams with technical requirements and customer solutions.* Understand customer needs and help identify the right Lingo solutions.* Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.* Translate technical concepts into clear solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.* Support the preparation of technical documentation, SOWs, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.* Collaborate with customers, partners, vendors, and internal teams.* Help identify opportunities to improve customer solutions in a cost-effective way.* Stay current with new technologies, products, and industry trends.
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, CIS, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.* 1–3 years of experience in telecommunications, networking, IT, or a related field.* Basic knowledge of networking and telecommunications technologies such as: * Routing & Switching * SD-WAN / SASE * Firewalls & VPNs * VoIP / SIP * CCaaS / UCaaS * Managed Wi-Fi * IP addressing, CIDR, subnetting, and the OSI model* Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.* Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical customers.* Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and Visio.* Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.* Willingness to travel by air and/or automobile, including occasional overnight travel.
