Ziler is looking for an Attorney to join the team of one of our clients, an international law firm specializing in the media, entertainment, and sports industries.
This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional interested in building experience in the audiovisual and entertainment industries, with exposure to contracts, corporate matters, intellectual property, and regulatory processes.
What you’ll do:• Draft and review contracts for audiovisual projects.• Manage client files and support investment and expense validation processes under Law 108-10.• Handle corporate procedures and registrations with public institutions.• Support matters related to Entertainment, Corporate, Intellectual Property, and Tax Law.• Prepare proposals, reports, and invoices while supporting client and administrative needs.• Track documentation, processes, and deadlines.
What we’re looking for:✔️ Law degree✔️ Fluent English, written and spoken✔️ Basic knowledge of Corporate, Intellectual Property, and Tax Law✔️ Availability for planned travel and occasional planned weekend work
