This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 2–5 years of litigation experience who is looking to handle sophisticated, high-exposure defense matters in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:Manage and support complex litigation matters in state and federal courtsTake and defend depositions, including expert witnessesParticipate in mediations, facilitations, and trial preparationDraft motions, briefs, and other key legal filingsCollaborate closely with a team of experienced litigators on case strategy
Qualifications: 2–5 years of litigation experienceStrong deposition, mediation, and advocacy skillsAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving litigation environmentExcellent research, writing, and analytical abilitiesLicensed in Michigan
