ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of civil defense litigation matters.Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
QualificationsActive California Bar license in good standing.Prior experience in handling any of the given civil defense litigation matters like: insurance defense, insurance defense litigation, civil litigation, bodily injury, auto liability, premises liability, lemon law.Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $300,000 annually + bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
