🚨 Trusts & Estates Associate | Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) – Up to $200k
Location/Schedule: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid )
Base Salary: Up to $200k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Trusts & Estates – Wills, trusts, estate tax reduction, and sophisticated wealth transfer planning for high-net-worth clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:Draft complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and advanced estate planning documents for high-net-worth clients.Handle trust administration, probate proceedings, and fiduciary accountings.Advise clients on sophisticated wealth transfer strategies and estate tax planning.Manage matters with increasing autonomy and lead aspects of client work.Collaborate with partners and help mentor junior team members as you grow.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):JD and active bar admission in at least one jurisdiction.4–8+ years of trusts & estates experience with strong drafting and client counseling skills.Experience with high-net-worth planning and complex trusts is preferred.
