Role Description The Audit Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in the Córdoba, Argentina Metropolitan Area. This role focuses on guiding and supporting audit teams in the review of financial information, internal controls, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The Audit Coach will conduct audit planning sessions, review working papers, provide feedback on audit procedures, and help ensure consistent application of auditing methodologies. Responsibilities include coaching team members to improve analytical approaches, assisting in interpreting financial statements, and communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders. The Audit Coach will collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to strengthen risk management practices and enhance the quality of audit outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and evaluate risks.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex audit findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.Solid knowledge of finance and a clear understanding of how financial processes impact business performance.Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting financial statements for accuracy, compliance, and reliability.Demonstrated experience in auditing, including familiarity with audit standards, methodologies, and internal controls.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA) are an advantage.Experience coaching or mentoring audit or finance professionals, with a focus on skill development and process improvement.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple audits simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Proficiency with common audit and financial software tools; advanced Excel skills are beneficial.
