About the role
Ruhlamat Group is seeking an experienced Automation & Controls Engineer to serve automotive customers in Mexico. The role focuses on technical support, project execution and customer communication for customized automotive parts automation production lines, supporting stable equipment operation, project delivery and customer partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Complete full-cycle PLC electrical design, programming, commissioning and optimization for non-standard automotive parts automated production lines.
- Respond to and resolve technical faults and emergencies to support continuous, stable production.
- Communicate with clients about requirements, technical solutions, on-site issues and project progress.
- Coordinate construction and commissioning schedules, collaboration between China headquarters and local teams, and project acceptance and delivery.
- Share project status, equipment operating conditions and customer feedback with the domestic team, and suggest practical production line technology and process improvements.
- Optionally identify pre-sales opportunities and support quotation and technical negotiation.
