Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows and orchestrations that improve operational efficiency. Migrate legacy automations into the current orchestration environment, ensuring seamless transitions. Manage production workspaces by enforcing deployment pipelines, monitoring jobs for errors, and optimizing inefficient processes. Scope and plan process modifications, submitting detailed change requests to the change committee for approval. Collaborate with the data engineering team to acquire, clean, and model data supporting business intelligence initiatives. Partner with cross-functional leadership to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Continuously improve the automation portfolio by proactively identifying issues and implementing enhancements. Document automation processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. What We're Looking For Required: Proven experience in automation development, preferably with orchestration tools and scripting languages. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience collaborating with data teams and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and process improvement. Preferred: Familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms and data modeling concepts. Experience with deployment pipelines and production environment monitoring. Background in fire protection or related industries is a plus but not required.
