Encore is seeking a full-time Automation Developer to join its fast-paced Business Intelligence team. This remote-eligible role supports process automation and data flows between business applications to improve operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain assigned automations and orchestrations.
- Migrate automations from legacy tools to the current orchestration environment.
- Manage the production workspace, enforce deployment pipelines, monitor jobs for errors, and identify inefficient processes.
- Plan process modifications and submit change requests to the change committee.
- Partner with data engineering to acquire, clean, and model data as needed.
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to gather business requirements.
- Proactively identify issues and continuously improve the automation portfolio.
