Automation Engineer

Job Purpose:
Assist in the design, specification, programming, simulation and testing, and start-up support of the automation and controls systems.
Responsibilities:
Operation support on daily basis in all of the areas related to automation.Perform troubleshooting for the machineries following the RCA techniques.Support root cause investigation thru machine failures, CAPA’s for internal/external QA incidents or QA events.Explore, design and prototype new ideas and concepts to automate current processes.Conducts equipment installation and end user training.Plan and lead automation projects for NPIs and CIP.Supports the engineering design in the drafting, preparation, and development of user manuals.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience working on automation or electrical/electronic duties. Preferably certified in automation or mechatronic.Preferably certified in SolidWorks.PLC programming and HMI programming.Problem solving tools.Good knowledge of sensors and transducers.
