Level: Mid to SeniorKey Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.• Create and execute automated, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios.• Identify, document, track, and validate software defects through resolution.• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to ensure product quality.• Participate in test planning, estimation, and execution activities.• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and testing processes.• Perform root-cause analysis for application and automation failures.• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.• Generate and communicate test execution results, defects, risks, and quality metrics.• Continuously identify opportunities to improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall QA processes.Required Qualifications• 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Test Automation for Mid-Level candidates; 6+ years preferred for Senior candidates.• Strong hands-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts.• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.• Experience with API testing and web application testing.• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.• Experience working with Jira or similar defect/project management tools.• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks.• Programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.• Experience with REST/SOAP API automation.• Knowledge of SQL and database validation.• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.• Experience with cloud-based applications and distributed systems.
