What You'll DoDesign, development, and maintenance of business process automation solutions using multiple automation platforms such as Power Automate Desktop, Data platforms like Dataiku and AirFlow, GCS and more. Actively participate in the implementation of automated workflows, integration with internal and external systems, and secure data management. Collaborate with technical and product teams to optimize operational processes and drive automation initiatives across the organization.Work closely with architects and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.Build automation solutions using Python, scripts, APIs, schedulers, service accounts, and other automation technologies to eliminate manual operational tasks.Integrate RPA solutions with internal and external systems through connectors, APIs, databases, and enterprise services.Manage automation execution queues, monitoring, alerting, and exception handling.Ensure secure management of credentials, secrets, and sensitive information through Azure Key Vault and organizational security standards.
What You'll BringStrong experience developing with .NET (C#) and/or Java, particularly for system integrations and process automation.Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop, including standard and premium connectors, workflow design, Power Automate queues, and Microsoft Dataverse integration.Experience using Azure Key Vault (AKV) for secure credential and secret management.Working knowledge of SQL for intermediate-level querying and data manipulation.Understanding SOLID principles and software development best practices.Web scraping experience (mandatory requirement).Experience automating business or operational processes using Python or other automation technologies, including unattended automation, service accounts, scripts, scheduled jobs, APIs, or workflow orchestration tools.Ability to identify processes suitable for automation and design scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Preferred Technical SkillsHands-on experience with Python for processing automation, data processing, system integration, and task orchestration.Knowledge of CI/CD practices, automated testing, and cloud deployments (Azure, GCP).Experience working with GraphQL and RESTful APIs.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and integration with enterprise applications.Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for technical reading, documentation, and written collaboration.Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, etc.) as part of the software development lifecycle.Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, Agentic AI solutions, copilots, chatbots, or intelligent workflow automation systems.Understanding of prompt engineering, AI orchestration patterns, and AI-driven process automation.
